Founder Marty McGregor had over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field. Her work ethic and steadfast dedication to quality service remain at the core of our firm's philosophy. Today the firm is operated under the direction of Lauren Johnson, Kathy Keaton, and Todd Wetzel, partners of the Firm.
The McGregor team includes experienced professionals knowledgeable in employee benefits. Our skilled staff provides hands-on services, assisting employers with implementing competitive benefit programs for their employees.
McGregor & Associates, Inc. maintains memberships in a variety of professional organizations including the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA). All administrative staff members are encouraged to complete the accreditation program sponsored by NIPA as well as continuing education in the area of employee benefits.
