As a provider of administrative services, representatives of McGregor & Associates, Inc. (“MAI”) understand and appreciate that they have access to valuable and sensitive information regarding their clients and the employees of the clients for whom MAI provides professional services. In order to provide assurances to our clients, we provide this Statement of Confidentiality to commit that MAI will not, under any circumstances, disclose any information about its clients to any unauthorized third party for any purposes whatsoever. The confidential information includes all information, data and documents obtained by MAI in connection with our clients, the personnel records of the clients, payroll, account balances, contributions, health status of employees (for medical plans) or any other similar items.

MAI also provides assurances to its clients that all client records will be maintained in strict confidentiality and that each employee and representative of MAI is required, as a condition of employment, to provide confidentiality statements compelling compliance with this policy.

At the termination of the relationship with any client, MAI is committed to the return of the client’s records, in conformity and consistency with the services agreement between MAI and its clients.
